Jar of Hearts.

Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! On Friday I was feeling very youthful, and wanted to wear something summery and playful. I donned a Forever 21 mixed print look to execute my feelings. I like these two pieces together, because with the top tucked in, it gives off the illusion of a jumpsuit. And what is more playful than a playsuit? It was the perfect look to kick off my weekend of fun and relaxation!

Mixed Media.

If you're a little timid about mixing prints, a good way to start is with monochromatic colors or any other blend of the same colors, this way there is less confusion for the eye. From there you can accent your look with colored accessories or shoes, to make things pop and make the look your own.

Endless Possibilities.

Lots of new ventures and opportunities in the works right now, details to come, and I've very excited. I channeled that energy into my outfit today; creating a perfect summer, casual friday look, with fun mixed prints and textures. Eclectic looks are great for summer, because you can get away with pretty much anything, there are endless possibilities!

 

 

 I was a Converse hoarder in Middle School and High School; a one point rolling about ten pairs deep. When I went home to Ohio I found about 5 pairs still in my closet; loved these ones.
