All about that sunshine yellow this season, and the color of this Old Navy dress plus the cute, bell sleeves make it a great piece for Spring style, not to mention it's under $20 price tag! We are currently in the midst of some extra warm temperatures (which I am loving) but we all know we have a few days of cool ahead of us yet, so this is how I'm styling this dress in the meantime. Layered up with some fun, faux fur, one styling tip I've been loving from Winter street style is belting over all your layers whether a vest like shown here or even around your winter coat, for a more waist defining, feminine look.

Another Look Fashion by Day x Motif.
Another look at some of my pieces from the Motif x Fashion by Day collection as well as a little last minute Saturday night outfit inspiration. Found this little black dress on sale from the Who What Wear for Target collection for under $20 and figured it's such a great staple to add to the closet. I love the longer, midi length and the lace hem for day or night and I paired it here with I think my favorite piece from the Motif collection, the Bond Vertical Bar Ring. Hope y'all have some fun plans for tonight Andrew and I are headed to Venice to meet up with friends, enjoy! xx

Fashion by Day x Motif
A little over a month ago online jewelry retailer Motif reached out to me and asked if I wanted to curate a collection of pieces inspired by Fashion by Day and my personal style. Of course I said yes and have picked out five amazing pieces that truly spoke to me! A few of them are seen here like the Secret Darkness Choker which I have been wearing like crazy (you've probably seen it mixed in with a few outfits here and there) and the In the Loop Ring with the star and moon - this piece is really cool because the black bar is removable if you just want to wear the silver part of the piece. I chose the piece I did, because they're all a little more on the delicate side, but also can be seen as statement pieces because they all have so much of their own detail. I like the contrast of the black in half the pieces because I think it adds an extra edge, which is similar to my style, very classic with a little edge. I'll be sharing more pieces on the blog, but in the meantime feel free to browse the collection here.
