Jackets have forever been an essential outfit topper providing structure and formality. Lately I've seen countless street style shots and runway looks with jackets topping the outfit but not actually being worn. I have to say I'm a fan. Try completing your look with your jacket perched slightly on your shoulders, works for all styles, blazers, moto jackets and even wool coats for those of you in colder climates!

It's no secret that I love the brand Johnny Was, everything from the great colors they use from the beautiful hand embroidery, to the funky eyelet detailing; but right now I'm especially loving this elegant embroidered cardigan from their Biya collection. Such a great basic, that can be paired with the simplest of things like a t-shirt and jeans, or if you so choose, you can make it the focal point of a funky outfit. I think it works great with a bright colored top, bringing out the colors in the embroidery, the contrast between the black and colors is just fabulous. How would you style your look?
