Spring Into Something New.

Spent the first week of Spring preparing for my next big life adventure; Andrew and I are moving across country to Asheville, North Carolina this weekend and couldn't be more excited to be making this change. Life is always full of surprises and it seems so is the Cabi design team. The pants and top I'm wearing here are actually one piece, the perfect, most comfortable jumpsuit and I am going to be living in this puppy all season long. I paired it with Victory Sweater which is basically the biggest no brainer piece of the season and did some subtle print mixing by pairing it with the Athena Sandal which is both snakeskin and floral print. Loving all of these pieces this season because they are so classic, yet so modern all at once and perfect for updating your Spring wardrobe!

A Slam Dunk in my Book.

This Grand Slam Blazer from the new Cabi Spring 17' collection is a sure slam dunk in my book. You know I love a good blazer, a good structured piece, a good layering jacket, so this piece basically blows it outta the water for me and I couldn't take my eyes off it every time it went down the runway at Scoop. Extra bonus points for it being a super comfortable structured knit fabric AND the varsity jacket inspired cuffs are removable! Say what?! So on days when you're going for a little more formal, or career inspired look you can just unbutton them and leave them behind!

Singular Style.

What I love about fashion is getting to express yourself a million different ways. Everyone always focuses on defining their personal style, and when I think about mine I can basically only describe it as, 'my style.' I'm very eclectic I like a lot of different things and styles, from feminine to edgy to bohemian to preppy, there isn't one way to describe my wardrobe and that's okay. I don't feel the same every single day so why would I want to dress the same every day? Don't be afraid to wear something different or try a new trend, you may think, 'oh I would never wear that,' but if you like it why not?
