Sheer Panel.

Sorry for being mia the passed week my new job and schedule have been keeping me extremely busy, but I do have some great looks to share from this past weekends trip to Nevada that'll be coming later this week! There's a little sneak peek on my Insta if you can't wait!

I immediately fell in love with this little sweater with the sheer panel of floral print around the top - it's a modern take on color blocking and of course I love any touch of floral. I went for a more modest, everyday look by pairing it with some neutral cargo pants and nude accessories. I think this is such an easy outfit for work or play this time of year, or even meeting up with friends for drinks after a long day!

Fresh Start.

So real talk more a minute, the transition to LA living has been shockingly smooth but after quitting my full time job and now working partially freelance from home and part-time elsewhere I'm working on juggling my down time - because now I have so much of it! My plan is to be able to blog more and bring more outfits to you! I'm really excited about having more time to do this, however I've been having some technical difficulties, that's why there has been a week long delay in the latest look. For those that don't know, I'm my own photographer and up until this outfit here, have shot all of my looks with a remote and my iPhone. In an effort to bring you all more great content I'm transitioning to shooting on a digital camera with a tripod but have hit a few bumps getting all my equipment in order. Have no fear I'm getting pretty close to everything working, so to kick off our new journey together I bring you this look!

I'm the biggest sucker for floral print, and as much as I love clean looks and a touch of edge, sometimes it just feels right to embrace your inner bohemian. When I found this beautiful midi dress at Marshall's I just couldn't resist, and what better than a great boho chic dress with hats and booties to kick off the fall season?

Black, Camel & Bold.

I love to mix black and camel together, such a clean, neutral combination yet there's still a lot of contrast between the two. But it's also easy in the winter months to get caught up in a totally neutral wardrobe so don't be afraid to add a bold or colorful accessory to your outfit.

Mod Squad.

I'm not sure if listening to Taylor Swift's 1989 on repeat has anything to do with this, but today I was feeling a little girly and a little retro. Loving high necklines and chunky boots this season for a slightly mod look.

Trials in Tights.

It's amazing what tights can do for an outfit and your confidence for that matter. I would probably never wear a skirt this short and fitted with my pale, bare leggings seeing the light of day, but adding a sheer tight adds just the right amount of layering and conservativeness to keep me comfortable and confident in this wintry look.

Plaid on plaid on plaid, you'll be seeing tons of plaid all season long from flannels, to ponchos to oversize scarves and skirts. A good plaid always makes me want to go a little preppy with my looks, a little masculine.

This season is all about shapes and structure, and while I love a great full circle, I felt like tying a knot in mine was just the right touch to finish off my militant look.

Urban Cowboy.

It seems my subconscious has decided my style fate; without even realizing I have been gravitating more and more to western inspired looks, which our thought to be a major trend in the upcoming fall season. I'm not sure where my inner cowboy stems from, but I can play along..now all I need is that perfect pair of overalls.
